Who we are
This website is run by Victoria Richardson, a sole trader trading as Lavender and Love, based in Wednesbury, West Midlands. You can contact us at lavenderandlove4@outlook.com.
What this website collects
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no forms that store your details. If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message, and we use it only to reply to you.
Third parties that load content
To show this website, your browser loads its fonts from Google Fonts. Like any website request, this shares your IP address with Google so it can deliver the font files. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic connection details to deliver the pages securely.
Buying from our shop
Our online shop runs on Shopify. When you place an order, your details are handled under our shop's own privacy policy, which you can read at our shop privacy policy.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
How long we keep emails
We keep email conversations for as long as needed to help with your question or order, and then delete them.
